Justina Janda, MA, LCMHC, PMH-C
I am therapist, a mother, and a lifelong explorer of life!
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Appalachian State University (2018), where I also earned a certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health, offering specialized support for individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and the many identity shifts that come with parenthood. Additionally, I am trained in both levels 1 and 11 in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy with ACPE: The Standard for Spiritual Care and Education, allowing me to support clients in ways that honor both the psychological and the spiritual layers of their experience.
I’m forever learning and evolving, so I see therapy as a space where we both show up, not as expert and patient, but as two humans meeting in truth, care, and presence.
I live in Asheville, North Carolina, where I’m raising a curious, adventurous toddler who keeps me grounded in the beauty and chaos of everyday life.
